This platform may only be used in a lawful manner and for lawful purposes only. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, bylaws and regulations of the city/country you are located in.

Massage Therapists:

Massage Therapists who would like to join our site and who wish for a speedier reply, will need to send us a text message via our WhatsApp number, making sure to supply us with links to any ads you have on another platform, your website, and social media pages making sure that the number shown on WhatsApp is the same one shown on the platforms you use to promote your services. If it is not, then you will not receive a reply. The alternative way to contact us, is to use our contact form supplying us with the same info. Please note it will take at least 4 – 6 weeks before your ad can go on our site.
Those wishing to obtain a verified marker, to prove to the public that you are qualified, will need to provide us with certification for all modalities you are qualified in, which is recognized by the country for which you are advertising, as well as official ID and insurance. If a massage therapist’s certification is from another country, they have to provide us with proof that it is recognized in the country for which they are advertising their services.
Massage Therapists wishing to be regarded as Elite, will need to provide us with all of the above, must be a member of a professional body such as the FHT or CTHTA, must provide tangible proof that you have a minimum of 5 years consecutive experience within the industry, should present themselves in a professional manner in terms of your presentation and how you speak, as well as providing decent couch covers/towels (no couch roll) to cover your couch and the client. Advertising in this section will be limited.
Insurance certificates must be valid and if insurance lapses whilst still advertising, we will temporarily remove your ad until you renew your insurance and provide us with proof that it’s been renewed.
Do note, that should it come to light that you have submitted any fake ID, massage certification and any other forms of documentation or so called proof that we requested, as listed in our posting rules, we reserve the right to restrict your use of yourmassageeu.com either temporarily or permanently.
This site aims to help massage therapists, as they generally have less chances of work in various establishments, especially spas, where most prefer to just take on beauty therapists who can do a range of treatments including massage. Beauty therapists are allowed to join, but this will be restricted to a very limited number, plus beauty therapists will need to prove they are skilled according to our standards.
Therapists who have come to our notice that have posted content on our site or any third party directory/classified ad websites, which hint at sexual services, shows photos/videos dressing or moving in a sexually suggestive way, to entice potential clients, will be expelled from the site.

General Public/Clients

This site is intended for the general public to be able to find real professional massage therapists and massage therapists in training, as listed on our site.

Do not contact massage therapists asking for any kind of sexual services. If this is what you want, you can easily find a plethora of people who provide this kind of thing via using google or any other search engine.

Calls to most if not all of the listed massage therapists, will not be accepted from withheld numbers.

Should you book an appointment to see a massage therapist to provide a mobile service at your residence, please make sure to clear space for their portable massage couch, provide access to a kitchen/bathroom where they can wash their hands and if you have any pets, please be sure to keep them out of the way of therapists, especially where dogs are concerned.
You can search to find massage therapists based upon city, particular therapy and whether they treat men, women or both.

Deleting of advert

You acknowledge that your advert may be deleted from the yourmassageeu.com site if we believe these Terms and Conditions, including our Posting Rules, are breached, either directly or indirectly.

You would have already paid a fee for the display of such an ad so you may be entitled to a refund of such fee. Posting rules

Your ad must not offer sexual services.
As an independent massage therapist, you must upload at least one clear photo of yourself, up-to professional standards, with either a white, black, cream, yellow or brown background, which can be used as your profile shot, or a photo of you performing a massage with the same coloured backgrounds, so we advise getting a professional photographer, as we will not accept photos we deem not up to our sites standards.
If you are a business, then you should use professionally shot images, be it of you, members of your staff or your establishment and not a stock image, or someone else’s.
This is not a porno or glamour model directory so please make sure to use a balanced mixture of shots, showing you posing if you wish, but more importantly, showing you at work, as people are paying you to give them massage treatments and not to pose.
All photos must be decent and of a standard deemed professional.
Ads must not contain images of full nudity, but should reflect professionalism, class and sensuality, which fit our platform’s image, but not sexuality.
When posting videos, the same rules apply as above.
You cannot not use the details (name, phone number, mailing address, email, photos, etc) of someone else or provide false contact details.
You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to yourmassageeu.com and any consequences that may result from your post. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching the above terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of yourmassageeu.com either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user’s registration.

General Maintenance

Please note that just like any other website, which has to deal with cyber attacks and carry out general maintenance, sometimes the site may be down for a period of time whilst attending to these. Promotions

Yourmassageeu.com provides this platform for promotion of massage services from mainly independent massage therapists and unlike most other directories, we will also do the following:-

We will actively promote independent massage therapists via social media platforms and the amount of times we promote a massage therapist, depends upon their package, as well as their professionalism and if they stick to our terms and conditions.
Massage therapists will gain the required amount of promotion on social media, due to their advertising package and professionalism, but as soon as a massage therapists does something which goes against our terms, we will either give the massage therapist a warning, restrict their use of the site, only promote them once a month, or stop promoting you outright, so please be careful and remain professional.
Promotions on social media for massage therapists will usually be via a list of content which will be reused of the said period of time for their package.
Extra promotion will be given to Elite and Select massage therapists, plus any therapists which have any special offers on, will also gain extra promotion via our offers page and social media, provided we are notified 4-6 weeks in advance of the offer.

Liability

Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees. You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do.

As most of the content on yourmassageeu.com comes from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what’s offered. We do our best to ensure that massage therapists are qualified by asking them to present us with documentation and in terms of their ability, some have actually had treatments by representatives, as well as clients that have left reviews in relation to a massage therapist’s ability. Do please note though, that everyone is different and what one person may deem as good, another may deem average.

In no event do we accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
